Maintenance Manager - Krones

Duties : 

Develop, implement, and continuously improve maintenance procedures to optimize maintenance performance. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), Conduct regular inspections of machinery along with engineers to identify maintenance issues and follow up engineers resolution and action plan. Inspect electrical and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards. Plan and supervise repair and installation activities, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship with engineers. Manage inventory of maintenance equipment and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain adequatestock levels. Monitor expenses and maintain control over the maintenance budget to ensure cost-effectiveness. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with contractors and service providers for outsourcedmaintenance needs. Keep accurate maintenance logs and reports, documenting daily activities and progress. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety policies and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Lead, motivate, and develop production, fostering a positive working environment. Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and develop employees through coaching and mentoring.

Qualifications : 

Bachelors degree in electrical engineering. +5 years of experience in maintenance operations, in beverage industry and has experience in Krones production lines is a must. Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, as well as building codes and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources efficiently, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software preferred. Proficient in English. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of maximizing productivity Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven experience in translating business problems into data-driven solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in statistical analysis and modeling techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft office and software system data management Excellent communication and presentation skills.
