About the job Branch Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving merchandise for their store;
- Pricing and displaying their product in an appealing and fashionable manner.
- Hiring, educating, terminating, and motivating staff in providing exceptional customer service and care.
- Training staff on how to manage cash and credit card transactions, handle returns and refunds, and deal with customer complaints.
- Manage deals and promos.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations, as well as report any suspicious activities like shoplifting and belligerent customers to security.
- Ordering, managing and taking out stock
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in fashion retail stores.
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP System is a must
- Very Good Command of English language
