Branch Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving merchandise for their store;
• Pricing and displaying their product in an appealing and fashionable manner.
• Hiring, educating, terminating, and motivating staff in providing exceptional customer service and care.
• Training staff on how to manage cash and credit card transactions, handle returns and refunds, and deal with customer complaints.
• Manage deals and promos.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations, as well as report any suspicious activities like shoplifting and belligerent customers to security.
• Ordering, managing and taking out stock

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in fashion retail stores.
• Knowledge of Odoo ERP System is a must
• Very Good Command of English language
