Job Summary:
The HoReCa Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with cafes, hotels, and restaurants in order to achieve sales targets, maintain profit margins, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales skills and the ability to drive revenue growth while adhering to the established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development and Target Achievement:
- Identify and approach potential cafes, hotels, and restaurants to introduce company products and services.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the HoReCa sector.
2. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
3. Margin Management:
- Monitor and maintain profit margins according to the set KPIs.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to maximize profitability.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast sales.
5. Collection:
- Work closely with finance team to ensure that all sales are collected on time according to agreed/approved payment terms.
Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the HoReCa sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
