Business Development Executive

 Job Description:

Responsibilities of the Role

· Business Development Planning & Profiling.

· Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.

· Developing growth strategies and annual business plans.

· Following industry trends locally and internationally.

· Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.

· Reporting on successes and areas needing improvement

· Business Developer should be participating in writing articles about his / her geography to promote business in the given geography and agree that his profile will be featured online and on social media.

· Business Development Delivery

· Increasing client base through New / New Business opportunities by reaching out to and qualifying leads through outbound calling and social media.

· Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.

· Conducting customer surveys and developing sales strategies.

· Writing business proposals.

· Negotiating with stakeholders.

· Reviewing contract signatures and processing.

· Follow up on invoicing and payment to maintain a healthy relationship with clients.

· Follow up on the Implementation of training and or Consultancy Services to meet customer expectations.

· Providing prompt responses to all customers

· Business Development representative is expected to attend internal meetings and workshops to be able to submit the best offering from technical and cost perspectives.
