Talent Acquisition Manager (Automotive)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager with experience in the automotive industry to lead our recruitment efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various departments, including engineering, manufacturing, sales, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive sector, strong networking skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify workforce needs and create targeted hiring plans.
  • Recruitment & Sourcing:
    • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific channels, to attract top automotive talent.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
    • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and headhunters when necessary.
  • Candidate Experience & Selection:
    • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and a structured hiring process.
    • Implement and refine assessment tools to evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Employer Branding & Market Insights:
    • Strengthen the company's employer brand within the automotive industry through branding campaigns, partnerships, and industry events.
    • Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.
  • HR Collaboration & Compliance:
    • Work closely with HR and department heads to align recruitment efforts with company culture and values.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the automotive industry or a related manufacturing/engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations.
