Job Summary:
The Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing communication plans to promote the company's industrial products and services. This role ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels and supports business growth by enhancing market presence, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B marketing, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or other industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with product managers, sales, and technical teams to craft messaging for industrial solutions.
- Content Creation & Management
- Oversee creation of technical brochures, product sheets, case studies, white papers, and presentations.
- Manage website content and updates to reflect current offerings and SEO best practices.
- Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO).
- Track KPIs such as lead generation, web traffic, and campaign performance; provide regular reporting.
- Brand Management
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, including print, web, and events.
- Ensure all external communications adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Trade Shows & Events
- Organize company participation in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
- Create pre- and post-event marketing plans, booth materials, and promotional content.
- Public Relations
- Build relationships with industry media and associations.
- Prepare press releases and manage media outreach.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors.
- Manage junior marketing staff or external freelancers, if applicable.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial buyer behavior and technical product marketing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS platforms.
- Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience in digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree or MBA.
- Experience with video marketing, CAD content, or technical illustration.
- Familiarity with international marketing or working with global teams.
