Senior Export Manager Experience in Pharmaceutical industry.

 Job Description:

  1. Duties:

  1. Responsible for XX  products in international markets.
  2. Manage sales and marketing of products out of the country, in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process and open new markets for XX  products.
  3. Manage the selection of aboard business partners, as well as participation in international exhibition
  4. Negotiates contracts with partners in international markets in correlation with the legal department as well higher management.
  5. Evaluate new agents in the region determining potential sales profitability
  6. Coordinate expenses and targets with agents across countries, ensuring budget alignment.
  7. Coordinate & manage the regulatory issues between Headquarters in Egypt & other countries.
  8. Prepare the yearly sales plan of the international markets.
  9. Dealing with agents in each country concerning marketing expenses & targets.
  10. Responsible for studying the impact of elements cost on brand profitability and control brand support expenditure to ensure brand profit objectives are achieved.
  11. Monitor market conditions and competitive activities.
  12. Collecting marketing information, including competitive benchmarks, trends and opportunities and customer expectations.
  13. Act as a liaison between sales, manufacturing, supply chain, costing and IT.
  14. Recommend product changes, enhancements and introductions.
  15. Achieve the maximum profit according to the country economic situation & market analysis.
  16. Arrange & coordinate between training & marketing department in XX  & the agents sales team.
  17. Overseas business opportunities in the assigned countries between agents & XX  in order to enrich XX   portfolio in Egypt.
  18. Travel to appointed countries to meet with agents and distributors to monitor the markets and expand the business.
  19. Prepare and submit Monthly/Quarterly reports with progress, achievements and KPIs.
  20. Perform any additional tasks if requested.

    1. Qualifications:
    1. Experience:
    2. At least 20+ years experience in the same position in pharmaceutical industry
    1. Education:
    2. Bachelor degree in Sciences or Pharmaceutical Science.
    3. Master of Business Administration (MBA) Major Marketing is a plus.
    4. Training:
    Post graduate studies preferable in international business or export management
    Marketing Management
    Project Management.
    1. Knowledge:
    Good knowledge of the export activities in general
    Good knowledge of marketing and sales activities
    Good knowledge of products and their competitive advantages
    1. Abilities:
    Ability to find root cause analysis and make the right decision.
