Job Summary:
The Financial Director is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring financial health and supporting strategic planning in an industrial business environment. This role includes managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance, while contributing to operational and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise and industry-specific insight to support growth, efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including annual budgets, long-term financial forecasting, and variance analysis.

Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and tax obligations.

Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure.

Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior management based on financial analysis and projections.

Supervise accounting, audit, tax, and treasury functions.

Optimize financial performance through cost analysis, pricing strategies, and investment evaluations.

Collaborate with operations teams to align financial strategies with production and supply chain performance.

Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred).

10+ years of progressive experience in financial management, ideally in the industrial or manufacturing sector.

Strong knowledge of industrial operations, cost accounting, and financial modeling.

Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
