Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director with extensive experience in the office spaces industry to lead our sales team in Cairo, Egypt. As Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive significant revenue growth and market share within the region. You will provide strategic leadership, build high-performing sales teams, and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. This role demands a deep understanding of the Cairo commercial property market, exceptional leadership and sales acumen, and a proven track record of exceeding ambitious targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with the company's overall objectives and drives significant revenue growth within the office spaces sector in Cairo.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the sales team, including setting clear goals, providing coaching and mentorship, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.
- Identify and target key market segments and develop tailored sales approaches to maximize opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and other influential stakeholders in the Cairo commercial property market.
- Oversee the development of compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiation strategies for high-value deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless customer experience and alignment of business goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Manage the sales budget effectively and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in sales and the office spaces market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree is highly desirable.
- Proven and progressive leadership experience in sales management, with a minimum of 10 to 15 years in the commercial real estate sector, specifically within office spaces in the Cairo market.
- Deep understanding of the Cairo commercial property market, including key players, trends, and regulations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
- Outstanding sales, negotiation, and closing abilities, particularly with high-value transactions.
- Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
- Strong network of contacts within the Cairo commercial real estate industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.
