Job Summary:
The Training Officer is responsible for identifying staff training and development needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives across the organization. This role supports employee performance, skill development, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training needs analyses across departments.

Develop and implement comprehensive training plans aligned with organizational goals.

Design engaging training materials and e-learning modules (manuals, presentations, videos, etc.).

Organize and deliver in-house training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.

Coordinate external training sessions and certifications.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

Maintain and update training records and documentation.

Ensure training programs comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Support talent development initiatives, including leadership and succession planning.

Collaborate with department heads to align training strategies with business needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

Minimum 25 years of experience in a training, HR, or L&D role.
