Job Title: Process & Project Manager
Location: 10th of Ramadan | Employment Type: Full-Time | Experience: 5to7 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Documentation and maintenance of the as-is processes in the area of ASH responsibility for the respective accounting processes and levels.
- Analyzing existing financial processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions.
- Planning, organizing, and executing projects including the sub-supported systems and the ERPs system.
- Developing projects plans with the timelines according to the ASH functions necessaries.
- Consulting and support of the process owners regarding the realization of the optimization potential
- Harmonization and standardization of processes to deliver the agreed services, documentation and measurement of these activities in order to continuously improve them.
- Develop templates for instructions, guidelines and desktop procedures.
- Support optimal knowledge transfer, handover of performance and quality standards as well as continuous improvement.
- Implementing new or revised financial policies and systems to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Collect and define functional requirements for Workflow Management Tool (Service Now) in close alignment with a defined Performance Mgmt. as well as further develop workflow management solutions with IT.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 Years of progressive experience in Process and projects Management, at least the last three years in international Accounting Service Hub.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing projects.
- Complex problem-solving and competing priorities.
- Experience driving resolution of project conflicts within a team and in overseeing projects from inception to completion.
- Experience applying / executing project management methodologies and practices including developing a project plan, charter, scope, project management approach and managing project budget.
- Relevant experience in D365 and Oracle and are required.

- Strong solution-based attitude, quality awareness as well as accurate concerning compliance.
- High service orientation, customer-oriented thinking and acting.
- Very good communication skills and Complex problem-solving and the competing priorities.
- Fluent in English, French is an advantage.
- IT experience is preferable.
- Proficient in using MS office application.
