 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial & Marketing Analysis
    • Analyse marketing campaigns and loyalty programs to identify ROI, uplift, and improvement opportunities. Work with stakeholders in setting the Quarterly performance bonus targets for customer relations team members. Update and maintain the Daily Operating Report. Review marketing campaigns along with pre and post proformas.
  • Dashboard Development
    • Design, build, and maintain KPI dashboards and reports using Power BI.
    • Ensure visualizations are accurate, intuitive, and tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Diagnostic & Descriptive Analytics
    • Break down performance variances, identify root causes, and present actionable insights.
    • Track historical data to spot trends and support strategic planning.
  • Budget Process Support
    • Collaborate with finance teams to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
    • Prepare budget vs. actual analyses and flag key deviations.
  • Customer Segmentation & Loyalty Analysis
    • Segment customer bases using demographic, behavioural, and transactional data.
    • Evaluate loyalty program performance and suggest optimizations.
  • Ad Hoc Reporting & Presentations
    • Create clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations of analytical findings for senior management.
    • Respond to one off data requests with fast, accurate analyses.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Power BI: Proven experience building end to end dashboards and data models.
  • Excel (Advanced): Expert in pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, and data visualization.
  • Diagnostic & Descriptive Analysis: Strong ability to interpret data and communicate insights.
  • Budgeting: Handson experience supporting budget cycles and financial forecasting.
  • PowerPoint: Skilled at crafting executive ready presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English is essential

Preferred Skills

  • SQL: Ability to write queries for data extraction and transformation.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience with loyalty program platforms or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of statistical packages (e.g., R, Python) for advanced analytics.
  • Prior experience in a fastpacked consumer or retail environment
