Job Description:
Their duties and responsibilities include:
- Developing financial strategies by forecasting capital, identifying monetary resources, and developing action plans
- Monitoring and managing the financial performance of the organization, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
- Ensuring that the companys financial reports comply with regulations and laws
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning
- Reviewing all formal finance, HR, and IT related procedures
- Providing leadership, direction and management to the finance and accounting team
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders regarding the companys financial performance
- Identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities for the company
- Overseeing the companys fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
- Developing and implementing operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies
