 Job Description:

Their duties and responsibilities include:

  • Developing financial strategies by forecasting capital, identifying monetary resources, and developing action plans
  • Monitoring and managing the financial performance of the organization, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
  • Ensuring that the companys financial reports comply with regulations and laws
  • Advising on long-term business and financial planning
  • Reviewing all formal finance, HR, and IT related procedures
  • Providing leadership, direction and management to the finance and accounting team
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders regarding the companys financial performance
  • Identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities for the company
  • Overseeing the companys fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies
