Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events at our hospitality venue. The Events Manager is responsible for ensuring memorable experiences for guests while meeting business goals and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination

Meet with clients to understand their event needs, budget, and expectations.

Create detailed event proposals, timelines, and floor plans.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., F&B, housekeeping, AV, front desk) to ensure seamless execution.

Sales & Client Relations

Respond to event inquiries, conduct site tours, and follow up on leads.

Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Negotiate contracts and ensure all event details are clearly communicated to all parties.

On-Site Management

Oversee event set-up, execution, and breakdown.

Act as the main point of contact for clients during events.

Troubleshoot issues quickly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Administration & Reporting

Maintain event records, budgets, and post-event evaluations.

Prepare reports on event outcomes, client feedback, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field (preferred).

5+ years of experience in hospitality events management or a similar role.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficiency in event software (e.g., Delphi, Cvent, EventPro) and MS Office Suite.

Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
Working Conditions:

Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and adaptability.

Requires standing/walking for extended periods during events.
