Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE
Leading the door hardware design team to get better results in product design.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Engineering
Performs standard engineering assignments usually representing a significant portion of a larger project. Participates in defining engineering approaches and in planning and scheduling work.
Product & Solution Development
Manages the definition, development, and/or delivery of a significant product or service of the organization's development/engineering program and offers to ensure alignment with customer requirements, and/ormanages a medium-size product development/specialist team..
Product Management
Take responsibility for managing a large group of products from concept to design, sample production, testing, forecasting, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life..
Needs Assessment
Engages with senior business leaders to understand long-term strategic challenges.
Leadership and Direction
Manages output delivery for a substantial operational department by leading others.
TASKS
- Responsible for the work team and all the toolsused in the designprocess within the team.
- Develop short and medium term plans for the team. Organizing work within the team.
- Follow up the progress of the business and evaluate the scheme. building new capabilities
- Team motivation.
- Standardization and rationalization of the group'sproducts.
- Optimization of the raw materials used in the production processof the company'sproducts.
- Optimization working hours in the production process. Developand improve the group'sproducts.
- Design and reviewof new products. Gauges and fixtures design.
- Maintain technical documents process.

EXPERIENCE
- 6-9 years experience in same position. Solid works CSWP Certified
- Solid works PDM user
- CSWA - simulation certified is preferred
- Solid works driveworks user is preferred
- Microsoft office bundle
EDUCATION
B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering (Production & Design).
