Job Opportunity: Project Manager Civil Engineering

Location: Port Ghalib, Marsa Alam Red Sea, Egypt

Are you a seasoned civil engineer with a passion for leading large-scale construction projects? We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of a prestigious project in Port Ghalib, Marsa Alam on Egypts stunning Red Sea coast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all phases of civil construction on site, ensuring alignment with project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare executive reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues on-site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Masters degree is a plus).
• 2025 years of proven on-site experience in construction, including at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in Red Sea coastal projects or similar large-scale developments is an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project planning tools.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Willingness to be based in Port Ghalib, Marsa Alam full-time.
