About the job Store Officer
Responsible for implementing the day to day merchandizing activities and ensuring that the right quantity of products are available in the right place at the right price, at the appropriate time, in correct quantities and overall stock control is accurately maintained at the specified locations.
Duties :
- Implement Operation departments established policies and procedures and comply with retail store other policies
- Ensure that all Non-Food items within retail store Supermarket are available and properly displayed in stores.
- Implement merchandising strategies that meet or exceed customers expectations and company's objectives.
- Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying non-food products appropriately.
- Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory, in order to achieve customer retention.
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs in order to ensure achieve of sales targets for customers.
- Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals with customers in the region.
- Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by Direct Manager.
- Requirements :
- High School Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 0 - 2 years of experience in the same or related field
- Accountability.

- Reliable and Dependable.
