Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately handle daily workload of assigned tasks within committed service level agreements (SLA).
- Update systems as required.
- Suggest process improvement ideas.
- Update required data sheets for workload reporting & analytics.

Job Qualifications:

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Quick to adapt and learn new skills.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
