Network & Systems Team leader

Job Requirements

Technical and Managerial Qualifications:

• Very good in the day-to-day operations of Network & Server Operations to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.
• Very good knowledge of the ITIL framework and its process of implementation.
• Good in supervising subordinates and follow-up tasks.
• Expert in Microsoft Technologies (MS Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server Operating System, etc.)
• Expert in Network Technologies (Routing and Switching, Proxy servers, Firewalls, etc.)

Academic and professional qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/computer engineering.
• MSCE certifications are a must.
• ITIL version 3 Foundation qualification.　

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years relevant experience in Information Technology including at least 3 years in managing Network and Server operations teams.
• Very Good English.
• Problem-solving.
• Very good communication skills.
• Professional Capability.
