Job Summary:

The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR department in executing daily HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, administrative functions, and compliance. This role serves as a vital point of contact for employees and helps ensure the smooth, efficient operation of HR functions in alignment with organizational policies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and track training compliance.
  • Assist in administering payroll, benefits, and attendance management.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support performance management activities, including tracking appraisals and employee development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Support in organizing staff engagement activities, company events, and wellness programs.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or administrative support roles is preferred.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
