Job Description:
- Achieving Sales Targets: Successfully manage the sales team to hit growth and sales targets .
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence
- Team Management: Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives
- Customer Relationships: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
- Reporting: Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team
- Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition
Job Qualifications:
- Education: BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Experience: Proven experience as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Skills: Strong business sense, industry expertise, excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
