Sales Manager experience in Food Chemical Raw Materials industry.

 Job Description:

  • Achieving Sales Targets: Successfully manage the sales team to hit growth and sales targets .
  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence
  • Team Management: Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives
  • Customer Relationships: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
  • Reporting: Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Experience: Proven experience as  sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Skills: Strong business sense, industry expertise, excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Sales Manager experience in Food Chemical Raw Materials industry from 10-15 years
