We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 7:10 years of experience in the insurance industry to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build and nurture high-performing teams. Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and product development teams to ensure cohesive business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 7:10 years of progressive experience in insurance sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage successful sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
