About the job Operation Manager " Sales-Supply Chain"
This role is part of the sales & marketing enablement vertical or the pricing and market intelligence vertical within commercial operations team in each market.
Sales & Marketing Enablement team:
Supports digitization of commercial processes (Sales & Marketing). May manage implementation of certain sales &
Marketing tools for the market
Develop standard reports and commercial analysis to support the sales performance management
Analysis and reporting on various sales metrics from tools like DMS, SFA, Mylighting, SFDC etc.
Supports the sales incentive process for one or more commercial channels
Be the champion across commercial teams to drive self-service reporting adoption in SAC
Develop and conduct sales analytics using customer, competitor, and market data to translate them into
actionable Sales & Marketing strategies. Review and communicate findings and recommendations to senior
management
Pricing & Market Intelligence:
If part of the pricing & market intelligence team is responsible for researching, forecasting and analyzing pricing
and market data to make strategic decisions that have long-term impact on the business.
Ensures frequent and efficient reporting and communication
Responsible for generating reports to track Pricing behavior and Pricing Data quality
Overall validation of QxP Integrity
Facilitates or supports project management of price improvements
