Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organizations workforce needs and strategic goals. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process, delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms (job boards, social media, professional networks).
  • Proactively source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and collect interviewer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and pre-employment checks.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, cost per hire) and prepare reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2:4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
