Job Summary:

The Export Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of export logistics, documentation, and shipping operations for plastic products. The role ensures compliance with international trade regulations, enhances customer satisfaction, and supports the companys global expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end export operations, including order processing, documentation, shipping, and delivery.
• Ensure timely execution of export orders in compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, warehouse, sales) to align export schedules and product availability.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and inspection agencies.
• Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, etc.).
• Monitor shipment tracking and proactively resolve logistics issues.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of records and documentation for audits and compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
• Monitor changes in international regulations and tariffs and update internal processes accordingly.
• Optimize logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and train the export operations team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 710 years of experience in export operations, preferably in the plastic or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation, customs clearance, and international shipping regulations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and export management software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
