Job Description:

  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies for accounts to drive growth and enhance service delivery.
  • Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Team Management: Managing a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback throughout the project planning process.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as Studio, Production, and Operations, to ensure a unified approach to project delivery.
  • Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities and driving initiatives to expand the agency's client base.
  • Leading the team's initiatives to support the Business Development strategy & process for the company.
  • On-site Management: Overseeing event execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and addressing any issues that arise during the event.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 7-9 years of total experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years as an Account Director.
  • Relevant experience in the events industry is required.
  • Team management skills.
  • People management skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
