Position Title: National Sales Manager – FMCG

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across Egypt. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader with a strong FMCG background, capable of driving revenue, building high-performing teams, and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across multiple regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and retailers
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities
  • Forecast sales, manage budgets, and prepare reports for senior management
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on promotions, launches, and campaigns

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 7–10+ years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution channels and retail networks
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA or professional sales certifications are a plus
