Position Title: National Sales Manager – FMCG
Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across Egypt. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader with a strong FMCG background, capable of driving revenue, building high-performing teams, and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across multiple regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and retailers
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities
- Forecast sales, manage budgets, and prepare reports for senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on promotions, launches, and campaigns
Experience & Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution channels and retail networks
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA or professional sales certifications are a plus
