Split Unit Sales Manager – Home Appliances
Location: Cairo, Egypt
About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Split Unit business in the Home Appliances sector. The role focuses on dealer sales, business growth, and strategic market development. This is a senior managerial position and requires someone with proven experience in the split unit industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Build, manage, and expand a dealer sales network across the region.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for the split unit business.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans to drive sales and market share.
- Provide marketing direction and contribute to overall brand strategy.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, dashboards, and analyses using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations.
Qualifications & Criteria:
- 7–10 years of experience in the split unit business, with strong dealer sales experience.
- Preferably from a competitor or similar industry (e.g., Carrier, Sharp, LG, or Hier).
- Managerial level experience;
- Experience in budgeting, pricing strategies, and selling strategy development.
- Strong business acumen and market understanding.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Presentable, confident, and able to interact with dealers and senior management.
- Proficiency in Excel and other reporting methods.
