HR Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute in designing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
• Engaged in Develop and implement HR planning strategies to support organizational growth.
• Oversee personnel affairs, including employee records and documentation.
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
• Handle employee relations matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Contribute in Managing performance management processes, ensuring fair and effective evaluations.
• Support talent acquisition efforts, attracting top talent to our organization

Job Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly preferred.

Competencies Required:

• Experience: 8-10 years of proven experience in Human Resources Big Garment Factory is A must
• Headcount: more than 1000 Workers
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Compliance Knowledge: Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations.
