Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly preferred.

Competencies Required:

  • Experience: 8-10 years of proven experience in Human Resources Big Garment Factory is A must
  • Headcount: more than 1000 Workers
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Compliance Knowledge: Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations.
