Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Tech Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology and processes, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of projects. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of BIM technicians and coordinating with other departments to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee all aspects of BIM technology and processes within the company • Develop and implement BIM standards, procedures, and workflows • Train and mentor team members on BIM software and processes • Collaborate with project teams to develop BIM execution plans and ensure their successful implementation • Review and validate BIM models and data for accuracy and completeness • Identify and resolve any BIM-related issues or conflicts • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and implement them into the company's processes • Oversee the maintenance and organization of BIM data and files • Collaborate with other departments to ensure BIM integration and coordination with other project management software • Manage BIM project timelines and budgets • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients • Lead and develop a team of BIM technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a BIM management role • Extensive knowledge of BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks • Strong understanding of BIM standards and procedures • Experience with project management and coordination • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology • Experience in training and mentoring team members • Certification in BIM management is a plus.
