Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As the HRBP, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to our clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, working closely with their leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with their business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all HR-related matters - Understand the clients' business objectives and provide strategic HR support to help achieve those objectives - Partner with clients to identify and address HR needs, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance - Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices - Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations - Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent for our clients - Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution - Develop and implement training and development programs to support the growth and development of employees - Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve HR processes and policies - Act as a champion for our company culture and values, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment - Handle any other HR-related tasks and projects as needed Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role - Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and employees at all levels - Experience in talent acquisition and employee relations - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
