About the job Specification Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate with consultancy firms, governmental authorities, and the military engineering sector to introduce Terraco products and secure their specification in upcoming projects.
  • Develop and implement a structured visit schedule for targeted clients.
  • Prepare detailed visit reports and maintain follow-up charts for each client interaction.
  • Handover confirmed projects and opportunities to the sales team.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive information and technical data about Terraco Group and its products.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding and addressing their needs.
  • Identify new clients and explore potential business opportunities.
  • Follow up on projects to ensure the possibility of introducing and specifying Terraco products.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
  • Solid technical background with the ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in dealing with consultants, architects, and governmental authorities.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, finishing products, and building systems.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical seminars and product demonstrations.
  • Ability to prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, and specifications documents.
  • Proven track record of getting products specified in large-scale projects.
  • High level of self-motivation, initiative, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Competencies Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Specification and sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent selling and persuasion skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
