Monitor project costs and expenses, identify potential risks and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures. 4. Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing accurate and timely reports to senior management. 5. Collaborate with project managers to develop project budgets and track actual costs against budgeted amounts. 6. Manage cash flow, ensuring timely payments to vendors and subcontractors. 7. Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. 8. Provide financial analysis and support for business development initiatives, including evaluating potential investments and acquisitions. 9. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and make strategic financial decisions. 10. Mentor and train junior financial staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA or CPA certification is preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the construction industry. 3. Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices. 4. Proven track record of successfully managing large construction projects and budgets. 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficient in financial software and MS Office. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 9. Attention to detail and accuracy. 10. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
