Job Title: Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager
Role Purpose
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the brands digital presence across owned, paid, and earned channels. The role drives online visibility, engagement, and lead generation through websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, digital advertising, and performance analytics, while ensuring brand consistency and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize all digital platforms including website, social media channels, and mobile applications to ensure strong performance, usability, and brand alignment.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across key platforms to drive engagement, reach, and community growth.
- Oversee mobile application content, updates, user engagement initiatives, and performance optimization in coordination with internal teams and developers.
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across Google Search, GDN, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
- Lead SEO strategy, analytics tracking, and performance optimization to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify digital trends and recommend innovative approaches across social, mobile, and emerging platforms to enhance brand presence and customer experience.
- Manage influencer collaborations, including selection, coordination, content alignment, and performance tracking.
- Oversee photography, design, and creative assets for web, social media, and mobile platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor online presence using media and social listening tools and manage brand reputation.
- Manage Google My Business listings across locations to ensure accuracy, visibility, and customer engagement.
- Analyze campaign, social media, and mobile platform performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely execution of digital, social, and mobile initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media META, Google, TIKTOK, SNAPCHAT, Etc. and mobile platforms, IOS, Andriod, Etc.
- Hands-on experience in online advertising, SEO, SEM, analytics, and performance reporting
- Strong knowledge of social media management, community engagement, and influencer marketing
- Understanding of mobile app marketing, user engagement, and lifecycle optimization
- Creative sensibility with ability to manage photography and design outputs
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to stay current with digital trends, mobile innovations, and emerging technologies
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing (automotive experience preferred)
- Experience managing agencies, media partners, social platforms, and analytics tools
- Excellent English & Arabic Communication skills (spoken, written, & communicated with)
