Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts and help attract top talent. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry to mid-level roles.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives (social media posts, job ads, career page updates).
- Prepare job offers and assist in onboarding processes.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles.
- Basic knowledge of employer branding is a plus.
