Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts and help attract top talent. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry to mid-level roles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives (social media posts, job ads, career page updates).
  • Prepare job offers and assist in onboarding processes.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles.
  • Basic knowledge of employer branding is a plus.
