Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement talent development strategies and initiatives that support the company's overall goals and objectives - Partner with HR to identify training needs and design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels - Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess employee development needs and provide coaching and feedback to help them reach their full potential - Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans for employees and track their progress - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development and incorporate them into our programs - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure their success - Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors - Manage the budget for talent development programs and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented - Keep accurate records of employee training and development activities - Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in talent development and make recommendations for improvement Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in talent development or a similar role - Strong understanding of talent development best practices and industry trends - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs - Experience in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback and coaching - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus As a Talent Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success by developing and retaining our most valuable asset - our employees.
