Role Purpose and Scope

As a Software Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining software platform, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment processes, and collaborating closely with our HQ and RND teams. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, contribute to the optimization of our systems, and help us achieve our goal of high-quality software products to our clients.

Responsibilities

Software Development & Maintenance:

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of platform solutions.
• Perform our Software cloud platform installations, upgrades, expansions and commissioning
• Monitor and manage software platforms to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with RND teams to ensure configuration management.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize integration processes for scalability and reliability.
• Assist in the implementation of security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support for critical production systems.
• On-site support in crucial projects.

SQL Integration:

• Design and implement SQL database solutions to support Backend-end functionalities and develop a Dashboards using integrated data

Documentation:

Document processes, procedures, and integration configurations.

Technical Skills Required

• Creating responsive and intuitive user interfaces using low-code platforms and have a strong foundation in SQL
• Experience in developing responsive components (charts, Dashboard).
• Experience in developing good User Interfaces (UI).
