Job Summary: As the Cairo Plant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant's operations, including production, quality control, logistics, and employee management. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of the Cairo plant operations, including production, quality control, logistics, and employee management. • Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and achieve business objectives. • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer requirements. • Manage plant budget and resources to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers. • Lead and motivate plant employees to achieve high levels of performance and productivity. • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement company policies and procedures. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant management, preferably in the printing industry. • Strong leadership and management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven track record of successfully managing plant operations and achieving business objectives. • Knowledge of production and quality control processes. • Experience in budget management and cost control. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
