Job Objective:

Issues and follows up on all the local purchase orders ensuring on time delivery of all requested materials and samples with better prices, best quality, on requested time for delivery, alternatives and solutions.

                                                                       Job duties & Responsibilities


  • 1- improve all payment term for supplier of packaging materials
  • 2-work to provide alternative supplier for strategic material
  • 3-ensure that all documents of finance is completely submitted on the right time
  • 4-improve the cycle documentary
  • Finalize the deals / contracts of newly introduced molds
  • Introduce new suppliers and alternatives
  • Develop reports and presentations on procurement activities for senior management
  • Receives the purchase request (PR) from the Planning department to ensure that its compliance with the company policy.
  • Negotiates with the approved suppliers to achieve best material price offer and best service.
  • Analyzes price proposals and other data and information to determine reasonable prices.
  • Prepares price comparisons to select the best supplier.
  • Issues purchasing orders (PO) as requested ensuring delivery of the required quantities in full on time.
  • Issues purchase report and Follow up sheet on Oracle reflecting the status of purchase orders even they are opened or closed ones.
  • Monitors PO shipments to ensure that materials reach on time.
  • Receives the required materials and follow the inspection and the adding notes in order to ensure payment on time to the supplier.
  • Prepares supplier evaluation sheet to evaluate the supplier performance.
  • Provides NEW Development department with requested samples, newly discovered or invented materials, PACKAGING and manufacturing analyzing techniques used globally.
  • Maintains the file system and the internal documentation path to reach the perfect path.
  • Interviews vendors and evaluates their products and capabilities as a supplier.
  • Evaluates research findings and makes independent decisions on procurement matters.
  • Monitors market changes, competitor prices and products, and past sales patterns to forecast future demand.
  • Reviews orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with existing policies and procedures.
  • Delivers department procedures to the newly hired employee.
  • Ensure the implementation of HSE regulation.
