Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in the automotive or car rental industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of vehicles, spare parts, and services, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for vehicles, spare parts, maintenance services, and fleet-related requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Ensure cost control, budgeting, and procurement optimization.
  • Coordinate with fleet, operations, and finance teams to meet company requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks in the automotive sector.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager within the car rental or automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, fleet management, and supplier networks.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Strong analytical and cost management abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience handling fleet procurement and maintenance contracts.
  • Familiarity with local and international automotive suppliers.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, PMP) are a plus.
