we're seeking a high-performing Account Manager to manage strategic corporate accounts and strengthen long-term client relationships.
The role requires a proactive and commercially driven professional who can retain accounts, support implementations, improve service quality, handle escalations professionally, and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and retain assigned corporate accounts
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and decision makers
- Conduct regular business reviews and follow-up meetings
- Support new client implementations and onboarding processes
- Coordinate internally with operations, finance, and customer service teams
- Follow up and resolve complaints with professionalism and ownership
- Monitor service quality, response times, and client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and increase account revenue
- Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and action plans for clients
Requirements
- Experience in account management, customer success, corporate sales, or travel management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle pressure and client escalations professionally
- Commercial mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and follow-up
- Experience in corporate travel, hospitality, airlines, or service industry is a strong advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
