we're seeking a high-performing Account Manager to manage strategic corporate accounts and strengthen long-term client relationships.

The role requires a proactive and commercially driven professional who can retain accounts, support implementations, improve service quality, handle escalations professionally, and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain assigned corporate accounts
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and decision makers
  • Conduct regular business reviews and follow-up meetings
  • Support new client implementations and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate internally with operations, finance, and customer service teams
  • Follow up and resolve complaints with professionalism and ownership
  • Monitor service quality, response times, and client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales and increase account revenue
  • Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and action plans for clients

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, customer success, corporate sales, or travel management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and client escalations professionally
  • Commercial mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-up
  • Experience in corporate travel, hospitality, airlines, or service industry is a strong advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills
