Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IPRAN Network Engineer to design, implement, operate, and optimize ISP access and aggregation networks. The role covers multi-vendor environments, including Huawei, Cisco, and Nokia, with responsibilities scaling based on years of experience.

Experience Levels

  • Junior Engineer: 1–3 Years

  • Senior Engineer: 3–8 Years

  • Expert / Lead Engineer: 8+ Years

Technical Requirements by Vendor

Huawei – IPRAN

Certifications

  • 1–3 Years: HCIA / HCIP or CCNP-SP

  • 3–8 Years: HCIA / HCIP or CCNP-SP

  • 8+ Years: CCNP-SP / HCIP / HCIE

Technical Experience

  • 1–3 Years:

    • Good experience in ISP access and aggregation layers

    • Strong understanding of routing and MPLS fundamentals

  • 3–8 Years:

    • Solid hands-on experience in ISP access and aggregation networks

    • Advanced troubleshooting and service provisioning

  • 8+ Years:

    • Expert-level knowledge of ISP access and aggregation architectures

    • Design authority and optimization leadership

Protocols & Technologies

  • OSPF

  • BGP

  • IS-IS

  • MPLS

  • L2VPN / L3VPN

  • Traffic Engineering

  • (8+ Years): Advanced BGP options

Huawei Platforms

Key Responsibilities (All Levels)

  • Design, implement, and operate IPRAN access and aggregation networks

  • Configure and troubleshoot routing, MPLS, and VPN services

  • Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of ISP networks

  • Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and expansions

  • Collaborate with NOC, planning, and service teams

  • Senior/Expert Levels:

    • Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis

    • Provide technical guidance and mentoring

    • Contribute to network architecture and standards
