As we expand our footprint, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Administration Executive to help us deliver excellent service and operational efficiency.
Role Overview
The Sales & Administration Executive will serve as a key customer-facing and coordination point between clients, operations, and the logistics team. You will handle inbound calls and leads, manage bookings, coordinate client move-ins and move-outs, track customer data, and ensure that customer experiences remain smooth and professional.
Key Responsibilities
**Sales & Customer Acquisition**
- Respond to inbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into bookings
- Maintain and update sales pipeline using Excel and/or CRM systems
- Guide potential clients through unit options, pricing, and terms
- Coordinate and ensure timely customer onboarding
**Operations Coordination**
- Schedule and coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and pickups
- Track and confirm all customer activity with logistics
- Collaborate with operations staff for seamless service
**Administration & Customer Support**
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with documentation and processes
Job Description: Sales & Administration Executive
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or admin roles
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a hybrid, fast-paced environment
Performance Goals & Compensation
**KPI**
- Support leasing of 20+ units in 6 weeks
- Maintain 90%+ lead response rate
- Resolve client issues within 48 hours
