Banking Operations Officer (Fresh Graduates)

Department: Central Operations – Cards Center & Risk

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Central Operations team within the Cards Center and Risk sectors. This role offers a great opportunity to start a career in the banking industry, gaining hands-on experience in operations, card services, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations within the Cards Center, including processing card-related requests and transactions.
• Assist in monitoring and managing risk-related activities to ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Review and verify customer data and transactions for accuracy.
• Handle internal system updates and maintain proper documentation.
• Collaborate with different departments to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate (0–2 years of experience).
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (English Section) or any relevant field (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, etc.).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of banking operations or financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
