We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to join our team at Premier Service & Recruitment, a leading tobacco company. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent growth opportunities.
As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue and achieve sales targets. You will be a key member of our senior management team, reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they are motivated, trained, and equipped to achieve their targets
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the tobacco industry, including regulations and market trends
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring targets are met within allocated resources
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tobacco industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
