Job Summary
The Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand visibility, store traffic, and sales performance across all jewelry retail locations. This role focuses on executing luxury retail marketing strategies, in-store activations, and customer engagement initiatives while ensuring a consistent and premium brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retail marketing strategies aligned with the brands luxury positioning.
- Plan and manage in-store promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special collections.
- Coordinate visual merchandising and POS materials to ensure high-end presentation standards.
- Work closely with sales and retail operations teams to support store performance and customer experience.
- Analyze retail marketing performance, footfall, conversion rates, and sales data.
- Manage retail marketing budgets and ensure ROI.
- Support new store openings, refits, and exclusive events.
- Maintain brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, preferably within jewelry, luxury, or fashion brands.
- Strong understanding of luxury customer behavior and in-store experience.
- Experience in coordinating visual merchandising and premium retail campaigns.
- Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
