Job Title: Events & Activations Manager

Role Purpose

The Events & Activations Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing events, activations, and branded environments to enhance brand visibility, support product displays, launches, press conferences, Test-Drives Experiences, customer events and customer engagement activities with lead generation objectives across physical and digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute corporate, consumer, dealer, and media events aligned with brand and sales objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end event production, including vendors, budgets, timelines, and quality control.
  • Deliver impactful product placements, experiential activations, roadshows, and test drive programs.
  • Manage sponsorships and ensure effective activation of brand rights and ROI tracking.
  • Oversee facility branding, showroom displays, vehicle positioning, nameplates, and spec sheets in line with CI, ICS, and OCS standards.
  • Ensure high-quality execution and consistency across all events, activations, and branded environments.
  • Coordinate with PR teams for media events, press launches, and influencer activities.
  • Align physical activations with digital platforms for content creation, amplification, and engagement.
  • Integrate lead generation mechanisms into events and activations and coordinate lead handover with sales and CRM teams.
  • Track performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Events Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in events, activations, or brand marketing (automotive preferred)
  • Experience working with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Excellent English & Arabic Communication skills (spoken, written, & communicated with)
