About The Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified Content Associate to join our marketing team. The role involves supporting existing marketing programs and assisting with new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. The ideal candidate will have experience across various marketing functions, including stakeholder communication, content curation, branding strategies, and digital marketing across approved channels. The candidate must be organized, able to multitask, and meet tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution and implementation of brand strategy and marketing messages in promotional materials, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Ideate and create content to support cross-platform objectives across digital and offline channels.
  • Maintain tagging best practices and educate sales teams on new engagement materials through training, launches, or content updates.
  • Search and curate content from global repositories to support localized marketing messages.
  • Ensure content availability and readiness for new and key brands.

Daily/Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing initiatives with content planning, execution, and KPI tracking for campaigns (email, events, social media, content marketing).
  • Plan and organize promotional content availability and update content calendars according to market dynamics and brand launches.
  • Communicate campaign objectives and instructions to sales teams for effective promotional use.
  • Prepare and manage content for meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Create, proofread, and edit marketing copy to maintain a consistent voice.
  • Maintain an accurate directory of HCP and Patient Engagement materials.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.
  • Coordinate the creation, review, and approval of promotional materials across all stakeholders.
  • Continuously research and explore new content through internal libraries and global resources.
  • Maintain consistent content supply across HCP and Patient omnichannel journeys.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science.
  • 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Previous experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing fundamentals, content planning, and execution.
  • Excellent writing, communication, negotiation, client management, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluency in both English and French is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Project management skills with strong coordination and organizational ability.
  • Experience prioritizing and managing content marketing formats across DTC marketing channels.
