HSE Leader

Job Description:

The HSE Leader will be responsible for leading and managing the health, safety, and environmental programs for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety regulations and practices, as well as experience in implementing and managing HSE programs in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement company-wide health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries

- Provide training and support to employees on health and safety best practices

- Investigate and report on any incidents or accidents, and make recommendations for improvement

- Maintain all necessary records and documentation related to HSE programs

- Keep up-to-date with any changes in regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HSE requirements are met in all areas of the company

- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and safety organizations

- Lead and manage a team of HSE professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a health and safety leadership role

- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards

- Experience in developing and implementing HSE programs

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven track record of managing and developing a team
