Job Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and consultations for lawyers and clients.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other office documents.

File, organize, and update client records and legal documents.

Assist lawyers in formatting and preparing legal documents.

Handle travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flight reservations, visa processing, and meet & assist coordination.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a law firm or similar professional setting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
-
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication skills.
