Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and consultations for lawyers and clients.

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other office documents.

  • File, organize, and update client records and legal documents.

  • Assist lawyers in formatting and preparing legal documents.

  • Handle travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flight reservations, visa processing, and meet & assist coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a law firm or similar professional setting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication skills.
